Description This policy outlines the rules and procedures for conducting a raffle for a nonprofit organization.

Eligibility The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. The raffle is void where prohibited by law.

Tickets Raffle tickets will be sold for a specified price per ticket, and all tickets will be sold for the same price. The number of tickets sold will be limited to a specific number (10).

Prize The prize will be clearly stated, and the winner will be selected through a random drawing. The winner will be announced on a specific date and time, and the winner will be notified by phone and/or email.

Drawing The drawing will take place on the April 1st. The winner will be selected randomly, and the selection will be final. The odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.

Disqualification The organization conducting the raffle reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates the raffle policy or who attempts to tamper with the raffle process.
